Western Oklahoma Sentencing Calculator ("we", "us") is an educational tool operated by a marketing company. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information you provide: first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, phone number and answers to the estimator questions.
Automatically collected information: device type, browser, IP address, referring URL, and interaction events.
Advertising and analytics data: identifiers and events used by platforms such as Google and Meta for measurement, attribution, and retargeting, subject to their own policies.

How we use information

To provide the estimate and deliver it to you.
To share your contact information with independent attorney partners who may contact you about federal criminal defense representation, based on the consent you provided.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To measure and optimize our advertising on third party platforms.
To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing with attorney partners

If you check the applicable consent box on the form, we will share your name, email address, and (if provided) phone number with one or more independent attorney partners so they can contact you about potential representation. Attorney partners are independent lawyers or law firms and are solely responsible for the services and communications they provide. We are not responsible for their privacy practices once your information has been shared.

Communications and opt out

By submitting the form, you consent to receive email from us and our attorney partners about your inquiry. If you provided a phone number and checked the phone consent box, you also consent to calls and text messages, including via automated technology or prerecorded voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Advertising platforms (Google, Meta and others)

We use tools from platforms such as Google and Meta to measure, retarget, and optimize advertising. These platforms may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device and process information under their own terms. You can review and control how they use your data in your Google and Meta ad settings, or use browser controls to limit tracking.
